Following are the terms and conditions for customers when availing any of WEGRO Financial Consultancy's service(s):

• Being a SEBI-registered intermediary, we shall strictly abide by any rules and regulations put forth by the regulatory authority – Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and shall not deviate from these rules and regulations by any degree. We follow the existing guidelines set by SEBI and will adjust our practices as a research analyst as and when these guidelines are updated.
• We shall prepare our research reports based upon disciplined methodologies and stated analytical criteria. WEGRO shall not be liable for any mismatch between the customer's subjective expectations and the actual report contents.
• WEGRO prepares its reports based on publicly available data and secondary sources including stock exchanges and company filings. While WEGRO takes all necessary steps to ensure the accuracy and veracity of this data, secondary sourcing is not foolproof and WEGRO shall not be liable for any inaccuracies in underlying public corporate reporting.
• The visitor or user of WEGRO's website shall be solely responsible for any data and network access costs incurred during any such browsing. WEGRO's website is merely a digital portal to publish research and deliver services, and shall not partake or share in any connectivity costs.
• The analytical content of research reports is subjective in nature but backed by empirical data and valuation frameworks. WEGRO's certified analysts are qualified to provide structured rationales and opinions, which are not to be quoted as guaranteed or objectively certain predictions. WEGRO is not liable for market variance contrary to published expectations.
• This Terms & Conditions document constitutes the comprehensive understanding between the parties, and no prior oral representations, broker promises, or marketing statements shall alter these terms.
• By subscribing to any of our services, the customer agrees to receive research dispatches, statutory disclosures, and regulatory notifications via email, SMS, and WhatsApp as part of routine service execution.
• Intellectual Property & Non-Redistribution: The content in WEGRO research publications is strictly confidential and licensed solely for the personal use of the registered subscriber. Any form of redistribution, sharing in Telegram/WhatsApp groups, or commercial re-publication without written authorization is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate termination and criminal copyright litigation.
• Research reports published by WEGRO will only be communicated through our official domain email addresses (support@wegrofinancial.in or designated analyst desks). Reports or communications received from unofficial email addresses are fraudulent and not representative of WEGRO.
• By subscribing to or renewing our research services, you unequivocally confirm having read, understood, and consented to all clauses of these Terms & Conditions.
